Win more government cleaning and grounds contracts.
AwardRight finds the federal bids that fit your business, tells you which ones are worth chasing, and helps you write and price a compliant quote. You focus on the work.
For janitorial, landscaping and facilities-support companies in VA, MD, DC, DE and PA.From "what's out there?" to a finished quote
Federal agencies post facilities contracts every week, and many are set aside for small businesses. Most small contractors miss them or run out of time to respond. We fix both.
We find your bids
Every weekday we scan new federal solicitations and match them to your services, location, size and certifications, so you only see the ones worth your time.
We break them down
For bids you want to chase, you get a plain-English brief: requirements, site visits, deadlines, wage rates, red flags and what similar contracts sold for.
We help you bid
We draft the proposal, build a compliance checklist and model your pricing. You review it, set your final price, and submit under your own registration.

Common questions
What's in the free bid-match report?
A short list of open federal opportunities that fit your services, location and certifications, each with a fit score, the deadline, and notes on why it fits and what to watch out for.
Do you submit bids for us?
No. You review everything, set your final price, sign, and submit under your own business registration. We prepare and support; you stay in control of every bid.
Do I need to be registered to bid on federal contracts?
Yes, you need an active registration in SAM.gov, the government's free contractor system. If you're not registered yet, we can point you through the steps. Registration itself is free.
We've never done government work. Is that a problem?
Not necessarily. Many small contracts are set aside for small businesses, and some evaluations rate companies without federal history as "neutral" rather than penalizing them. We'll help you find realistic first bids.
How much does it cost?
The bid-match report is free. After a short call, we'll recommend bid alerts, per-bid proposal and pricing support, or both, with flat fees quoted up front.
Which areas do you cover?
We focus on federal opportunities in Virginia, Maryland, Washington, DC, Delaware and Pennsylvania, where site visits and references are easiest for our clients.
